Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s prime location near the harbor, ferry, and city center, making it convenient for exploring Sorrento and neighboring areas. The staff, especially Federico and Lidia, were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, enhancing guests’ experiences. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms were also highlighted positively. Breakfast was generally appreciated, though a few guests desired more variety. However, some reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with unexpected extra charges, value for price, and occasional issues with parking, room access, or room views. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and many guests would recommend or return to the property.
