Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its excellent location near the train station and city center, making it convenient for exploring Sorrento. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several reviews highlighting tidy rooms and bathrooms. Some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, though a few mentioned limited service at night. However, there were frequent complaints about the bathrooms being small or outdated, and a few guests noted issues with bed comfort and noise from neighboring rooms or the street. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and cleanliness, but improvements could be made in bathroom facilities and soundproofing.
