Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Solvang and nearby attractions. The rooms were frequently described as spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with several guests highlighting the excellent amenities. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of on-site staff and the fully contactless, self-service check-in process, which some found confusing or impersonal. Despite these service concerns, the overall impression was positive due to comfort, cleanliness, and location.
