Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location by the river and near the city center, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many appreciated the beautiful views, historic building, and overall cleanliness. Some guests enjoyed the breakfast, though a few found it lacking. The main drawback mentioned was noise at night, especially with open windows due to nearby trains and bars. A few guests noted minor issues with room features or amenities, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives.
