Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. The location is frequently mentioned as convenient, especially for access to Heathrow Airport and public transport. Cleanliness is another strong point, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and bathrooms. Some guests found the beds comfortable. However, negative feedback centers on noise from nearby roads and issues with room ventilation or lack of air conditioning, particularly during hot weather.

Pros (+) The gentleman running the lodge was lovely, very helpful and welcoming. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable.
Cons (-) It would have been nice to have a fridge and, hairdryer but managed fine without them. Only ventilation was via a window opening onto a busy noisy road at ground level. The window had no security stop so I couldn't leave it open overnight.
