Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, which is convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and access to the town center. Cleanliness receives positive remarks, especially for rooms and bathrooms. However, noise is a recurring issue, with several guests disturbed by thin walls, outside ventilation, and lifts. Service is mixed, with some staff described as pleasant and helpful, while others were less accommodating. Bed comfort and amenities are generally adequate, though some found mattresses uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and cleanliness, but improvements in noise insulation and some aspects of service could enhance the guest experience.
