Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and the sea. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including reports of bedbugs, poor hygiene, and lack of regular cleaning. Service is often described as unhelpful or rude, with some guests reporting difficulty reaching staff and unsatisfactory responses to problems. While a few guests found the hotel to be good value for the price and appreciated the basic amenities, others noted that the facilities and rooms often did not match the descriptions or photos online. Overall, the location is the main positive, but cleanliness and service are major concerns.
