Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences at reception and with management. The location was also appreciated, being close to city attractions and convenient for travel. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Some guests felt the hotel offered good value for the price, and a few noted that the beds were comfortable. Overall, while the service and location stood out positively, cleanliness issues were a recurring negative theme.
