Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's stunning location by the canyon, with many appreciating the unique access, beautiful views, and peaceful atmosphere, especially after day tourists leave. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, though there are occasional complaints about the bar staff and some inflexibility. Parking is a common issue, with many guests finding it difficult, far from the hotel, or insufficient. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it limited or lacking options. Room sizes are often considered small or basic, but most guests feel the location and experience outweigh these drawbacks.
