Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the helpful, friendly staff, with many appreciating the proximity to city attractions and the availability of parking. However, there are frequent complaints about the condition of the bathrooms, cleanliness issues, and the need for renovation in some rooms. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others noted problems with room maintenance, noise, and amenities. Overall, the service and location stand out as positives, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and bathroom facilities.
