Guests frequently praised the hotel's beautiful location, tranquil atmosphere, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also positively mentioned. However, several reviews noted issues with value for price, especially regarding service inconsistencies and amenities not meeting expectations for the price. Some guests were disappointed by the closure of the restaurant and limited dining options, as well as occasional lapses in service such as baggage handling and responsiveness. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its setting, cleanliness, and staff, but could improve on value and some aspects of service.
