Cleanliness is consistently highlighted, with many noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff, including the owners, are frequently described as warm, helpful, and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Additional amenities like boat tours, private lake access, and organized activities further enhance the guest experience. While a few minor issues are mentioned, such as dated decor or small TVs, these are largely overshadowed by the positive aspects. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for its welcoming atmosphere and outstanding hospitality.
