Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were frustrated to find the hotel closed or bankrupt upon arrival, with no prior notice, forcing them to seek alternative accommodation. Others reported poor or absent service, including lack of staff at reception and unfulfilled promises regarding open restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was frequently criticized for being insufficient, not restocked, or unavailable at promised times. The closure of the restaurant and other facilities, as well as misleading information on booking sites, led to significant disappointment. However, a few reviews mentioned positive aspects like friendly staff and nice locations, but these were overshadowed by the negative experiences.
