Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to transport and attractions, making it ideal for families. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing to positive experiences. However, many reviews mention disappointment with the pool facilities, as closures and maintenance issues limited access. Room sizes are often considered small and not always well-designed, while breakfast offerings receive criticism for quality and value. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel remains a popular choice for its location and service.

Wonderful

Li Chin, Sept 2019

Pros (+) The way the staff was courteous and professional and they were interactive with my child . They made my visit with child very very pleasant . Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for my stay. Will definitely return to stay and will recommend to anyone I know coming to Sentosa

Cons (-) I didn’t have a problem with the New Testament that was in my room . But I’m thinking maybe we can add quoran and the Torah so everyone feels included . This way clients gave options -
