Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for access to Sentosa attractions and convenience to transport and dining. The service is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several staff members singled out for outstanding assistance. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback: while many find the rooms and property clean, some mention issues like dust, moldy smells, or ant infestations. Breakfast arrangements are noted as inconvenient due to renovations, with some guests needing to go to another hotel and experiencing crowding. Value for price is a concern for some, with a few guests feeling the cost does not match the experience, particularly during ongoing renovations. Overall, the positives of location and service stand out, making for a generally pleasant stay.
