Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location and proximity to public transport, making it ideal for sightseeing and getting around the city. However, reviews are mixed regarding service, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing rudeness or lack of professionalism. Cleanliness and room conditions receive neutral feedback, with several guests noting that rooms are dated and could be cleaner, while others found them acceptable. Room size is generally considered small, but this is often offset by the location's convenience.
