Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Many also appreciated the comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviewers noting issues such as dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and lack of proper maintenance. The breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with guests mentioning limited variety and quality below expectations. The pool and spa facilities were mentioned often, but experiences varied, with some guests enjoying them and others citing maintenance or usage issues. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast, and facility upkeep are needed.

Wonderful

Pros (+) There are numerous options in the area but I doubt few include this many amenities. This hotel is located next to the Citadel, has covered parking, a pool/gym/spa, Wifi, and a restaurant with (a typical American style breakfast). Staff was super nice. Place was very modern and clean.
Cons (-) Wedding season means weddings in the ball room, and that means LOUD music. Not a huge issue but it was a bit of a disruption to a restful getaway.
