Guests consistently praised the hotel's pool, describing it as a highlight for relaxation and refreshment, especially in the summer. The service from staff was frequently mentioned as friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing positively to the overall experience. Many guests appreciated the convenient location for accessing Siena and public transport, though a few noted it is a bit far from the city center.
