Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the staff for their friendliness, helpfulness, and excellent service, with several reviews highlighting memorable hospitality and willingness to resolve issues. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds were also commonly appreciated. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern in several reviews, with some guests describing dirty rooms and poorly maintained facilities. The location was noted as being a bit far from the city center, but free tuk tuk rides were often provided, making it manageable for most. Breakfast and amenities received neutral feedback, with some guests satisfied and others finding them lacking. Despite some negative experiences, many guests found value for money and would consider returning.
