Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's friendly and helpful service, often highlighting the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist with tours and requests. The pool area was frequently mentioned as a pleasant and relaxing feature, especially after sightseeing. Many guests appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. While the breakfast and location received mixed feedback—some found the breakfast basic and the location a bit far from the city center—these aspects did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. Cleanliness and value for price were generally acceptable, though a few reviews noted occasional lapses in maintenance or amenities.
