Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and welcoming staff, high standards of cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and excellent location by the river and near Shrewsbury. Many enjoyed the quality of the food and found the value for money exceptional. Some negative feedback mentioned small or cramped rooms, uncomfortable beds in a few cases, and accessibility issues due to stairs and lack of elevator.
