Guests frequently complained about cleanliness, with multiple reports of bed bugs, dirty rooms, and unpleasant smells. Breakfast was a common disappointment, described as sparse or poor quality. Several reviews mentioned poor service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff. However, some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and the hotel's location, and a few found the rooms spacious and the atmosphere quiet. Overall, positives were outweighed by significant cleanliness and service issues.

Pros (+) Moments after checking in, we were offered a ground floor room as opposed to our 3rd floor room which was our original choice. We jumped on it an d it was a great room.
Cons (-) The breakfast selections ran out quickly but the staff tried to keep everything up and running. I really have no negative comments.
