Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's proximity to Mall Road and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews highlighting good service and support from the front desk. However, many guests are dissatisfied with the small room sizes, challenging accessibility (especially for elderly or those with luggage), and issues with cleanliness. While some found the location convenient, others noted it was difficult to reach or poorly signposted. Food and value for price received mixed feedback, but the overall sentiment leans more positive regarding staff and location.
