Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many were dissatisfied with the service, citing unhelpful staff and slow responses to issues. Room size and cleanliness were common concerns, with several guests describing rooms as small, cramped, or unhygienic. However, the hotel's restaurant received praise for its delicious food, and the location was appreciated for its proximity to attractions like Mall Road. Overall, while the food and location stood out positively, service and room quality need improvement.
