Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive service, with many highlighting the staff's hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond, including thoughtful gestures and helpful responses to special requests. Cleanliness is another strong point, as guests note that rooms and facilities are well maintained despite the building's age. The spaciousness and comfort of the rooms are appreciated, and the relaxing, traditional atmosphere contributes to a pleasant stay. However, some guests express disappointment with the quality and value of the meals, especially breakfast, feeling it did not meet expectations for the price. Overall, the positive experiences with service, cleanliness, room comfort, and atmosphere outweigh the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for repeat visits.
