Guests say
Guests consistently praised the breakfast, describing it as excellent and satisfying, and several found the staff to be friendly or helpful. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and outdated or poorly maintained facilities. While some guests noted comfortable beds and good room amenities, others were disappointed by slow or insufficient service, lack of proper housekeeping, and maintenance problems. Overall, the positives centered on the breakfast and occasional helpful service, but negative experiences with cleanliness and upkeep were frequent.
