Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location, with easy access to metro stations, shopping centers, and local attractions. Many reviews highlight the convenience for both business and leisure travelers, as well as the proximity to public transportation. The service is often described as friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Cleanliness receives positive remarks in several reviews, and guests feel the hotel offers good value for the price, particularly for short stays. However, some guests mention issues with room allocation, security, noise, and the overall age of the building, but these are outweighed by the positive feedback on location and service.
