Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel for its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the Mauricie park and local amenities. Many found the rooms spacious and well-equipped, and several mentioned friendly and helpful staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool being closed or out of service, noise disturbances at night, and occasional unpleasant odors in some rooms and corridors. While some areas and furnishings appeared dated, the overall value for price and accessibility were generally viewed positively.
