Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests expressed dissatisfaction with the hotel's service, citing unhelpful or rude staff, poor hospitality, and slow or inadequate responses to requests. Cleanliness was another major issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bad smells, and old or poorly maintained facilities. Many guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, noting outdated amenities, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of basic facilities. A few positive reviews highlighted affordability and some friendly staff, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences.
