Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to major attractions and public transport, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Some reviewers also appreciate the value for money and the helpfulness of certain staff members. However, many guests express concerns about cleanliness, with several mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Service is often described as unfriendly or lacking, and there are frequent complaints about the WiFi being unreliable or unavailable. Overall, while the prime location and affordability are highlights, issues with cleanliness, service, and amenities detract from the experience.

Cons (-) La ducha del baño se empozaba. El agua caliente no salía a menos que dejaras la ducha durante unos 10 minutos, por lo que en pleno invierno tuvimos que ducharnos en agua fría.
