Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location, especially for events and concerts, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests enjoying the variety and quality. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with complaints about dirty rooms, musty odors, and lack of regular housekeeping. Noise levels, both from within the hotel and from the pool area, also detracted from some stays. Despite these negatives, many guests found the service and amenities satisfactory for their needs.

Very good

The hotel was great. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was so kind. Location for Valley Fair was superb. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is when I did go to front desk for towels and to checkout, I waited ten minutes each time and no one absolutely no one. I called out. No one was available.
