Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, contributing to a positive overall experience. Many guests also mention comfortable beds and tasteful decor. However, several reviews note significant noise issues, particularly from the rooftop bar and thin windows, which affected sleep quality for some. The rooftop pool and bar are popular features, but the pool area is often described as small, dated, or in need of maintenance. Despite some negative feedback about noise and the pool, the majority of guests enjoyed their stay due to the prime location and attentive service.
