Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location close to the beach and local amenities. However, many reviews mentioned that the breakfast was basic or disappointing, and there were several complaints about ongoing renovations, maintenance issues, and cleanliness in some areas. The pool and exterior were generally seen as positives, though some guests encountered problems due to construction or maintenance. Overall, the hotel offers good service and a great location, but could improve on breakfast and room upkeep.
