Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to major attractions, public transport, and shopping areas. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and sightings of insects. Room size is frequently described as very small and cramped, making it difficult for guests with luggage to move comfortably. Service is also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff and poor communication. While the location is a strong positive, cleanliness, room size, and service are major areas of concern for guests.
