Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location near Myeongdong, subway stations, and airport transport, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the city. Many also appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with several reviewers mentioning staff going out of their way to assist guests. However, cleanliness is a significant concern, with multiple reports of dirty linens, stained towels, and poor housekeeping. Room size is another common complaint, with several guests finding the rooms uncomfortably small. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, but some guests found it satisfactory. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and room comfort are needed.
