Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews of the hotel are mixed, with several negative comments about cleanliness, such as musty odors, dirty linens, and poor room maintenance, especially in older or less frequently used rooms. However, many guests praised the hotel's strategic location, friendly and responsive staff, and a range of amenities including an indoor pool and comfortable rooms. The value for price was also noted positively by some, and the hotel is considered suitable for families and convenient for city access. While some facilities and breakfast options could be improved, the overall experience was enhanced by good service and amenities.
