Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's service, frequently describing staff as friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cleanliness was consistently noted, with many reviews highlighting well-maintained rooms and public areas. The hotel's amenities, particularly the water park, pools, and variety of activities, were a major highlight for families and children. While breakfast and food quality received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it repetitive or crowded, the overall dining experience was positive. Some negative remarks focused on crowded facilities, early pool closures, and minor maintenance issues, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experiences reported by most guests.
