Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests praise the hotel's prime location and easy access to local attractions. Some guests found the rooms to be clean and spacious, and several mentioned helpful and friendly staff. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, maintenance issues, and cleanliness problems such as bed bugs and dirty linens. The breakfast is considered average and could be improved. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel struggles with consistency in service and upkeep.
