Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and access to public transport, as well as the availability of free parking. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor housekeeping. The breakfast is frequently described as inadequate, often limited to coffee and muffins, which disappoints guests expecting more. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff members noted as helpful and friendly, while others are described as unhelpful or discourteous. Overall, the location and parking are the main positives, but cleanliness and breakfast need improvement.

Pros (+) The view of the water behind the hotel and the close access to the highway
Cons (-) well the kitchenette setup was lacking...we had to wait for the utensils and when we got them they were missing so many items we had to go out to the store to get some..which is ridiculous that we had spend our own money to make dinner at the hotel...
