Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it easy to access local attractions like Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several highlighted comfortable beds and quality linens. However, some guests were disappointed by unexpected fees, such as amenity charges and early check-in costs, and felt the hotel was not always good value for the price. Issues with amenities, including small rooms, lack of refrigerators, and occasional cleanliness concerns in public areas, were also mentioned. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and positive service stood out as the hotel's main strengths.
