Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the boardwalk and beach, as well as the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as dirt, mold, and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort is also a recurring concern, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable. While some guests had positive experiences, particularly with the location and service, cleanliness and bed comfort remain significant areas for improvement.
