Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel for its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location. Many found the staff to be helpful and accommodating, especially regarding accessibility needs, though some reported negative experiences with certain staff members. The pool was a common disappointment, as it was often closed or empty, and several guests noted that the breakfast was minimal or not as advertised. Despite some dated aspects and minor maintenance issues, the overall value and comfort were appreciated by most guests.
