Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the variety and quality of the pools, which are highlighted as a major attraction for both adults and children. Many found the villas well-equipped and comfortable, with kitchens and amenities that made stays feel like home. The location and facilities are frequently described as excellent, and several reviews mention helpful or accommodating staff. However, there are recurring complaints about the breakfast experience, including limited space, slow service, and confusion over included meals. Some guests also noted issues with timeshare presentations, occasional maintenance problems, and inconsistent service, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
