Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and the airport. Some guests appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of certain rooms, as well as the friendliness of some staff members. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unresponsive or understaffed front desk, delayed assistance, and issues with room cleaning. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with reports of leftover items, construction debris, and pests. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it satisfactory and others disappointed by its quality or hours. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the rooms were highlights, service and cleanliness issues detracted from the experience for many guests.

Pros (+) The staff was great, friendly and very helpful.
Cons (-) Air unit was buzzing all night so we turned off. Then the refrigerator was buzzing and the TV next door was too loud. We had to turn AC back on because it was too warm and just deal with the whiny sound and buzz. We barely slept through the night. Then the phone rang in middle of night and woke up the kids that had an important competition in the morning. If not for the great staff, I'd say not go...
