Summary of reviews

Guests say
The hotel receives mixed feedback from guests. Many mention that the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is generally acceptable, though not outstanding, with some variety and quality concerns. Cleanliness is noted as adequate by some, but others report issues in bathrooms and public areas. The location is seen as convenient by some, especially for those with cars or interested in exploring the area, but others find it a bit remote. Service is a significant point of criticism, with several guests describing the staff as unfriendly, unhelpful, or overwhelmed, particularly at breakfast and in housekeeping. Despite these issues, a few guests highlight friendly reception staff and a pleasant atmosphere.

Pros (+) Generally OK but for four stars nothing stands positively out.
Cons (-) If you read that Schwerin Castle and Schwerin Museum is "Nearby" in the description - don't believe it. More than an hour of walk is hardly "nearby". I shouldn't need to pay extra for the parking.
