Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the quality of food served in the restaurant. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others wishing for more variety. Many reviews mention that the hotel and its rooms are outdated and in need of renovation, with some complaints about cleanliness and missing amenities like soap or working TVs. Accessibility issues, such as steep stairs, are noted by some guests. Overall, while service and dining are strong points, the facilities and amenities could use improvement.
