Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel’s breakfast, describing it as varied, plentiful, and delicious. The location is also highly valued, especially for its proximity to hiking trails and tranquil surroundings. While some guests appreciate the friendly staff and efficient check-in, others find the lack of on-site personnel and digital check-in process impersonal or confusing. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with several complaints about dust, insects, and dated rooms, though some note their rooms were clean. Bed comfort is frequently criticized, with multiple mentions of uncomfortable or worn-out mattresses. Overall, the positives center on breakfast and location, while service and room quality are more divisive.
