Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent beachfront location and generally appreciate the friendly staff, especially at the reception. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and others finding it lacking or poorly replenished. Service is a recurring issue, with many guests reporting unmotivated or slow staff, especially outside the reception area. Cleanliness is also a concern in several reviews, particularly in rooms and some public areas. Amenities such as the pool, spa, and parking are appreciated, but there are complaints about maintenance, lack of air conditioning, and noise. Overall, while the location stands out as a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and some facilities to meet guests' expectations for the price.
