Cons (-) NOT charging a $30/day resort fee even if you do NOT use their facilities. Also, an $18/day self parking charge is absurd.

Pros (+) To be honest with you, I didn’t like much about this location. Most of the staff in decision making positions were poor. I spoke to the front desk manager, after asking to speak to house keeping manager and they sent me to the front desk manager. I had a problem with my room not being cleaned and the told me that it wasn’t his job! Wow! They just had me going from person to person. It was a circus...
Cons (-) The management staff!

Pros (+) He towels were nice.
Cons (-) No continental breakfast. No newspaper. No cookies or candy (and it was the week of Halloween, too). No fruit, no body wash or bathroom toiletries. I’d rather stay at a Hampton Inn for way less than half the price than staying at this $300 a night rip-off Hotel.

Pros (+) Personnel, except for one waitress, were great.
Cons (-) First night there was no water. It came back on at 11:00 am the next day. We were just given an apology by voice mail. On top of the inconvienance (no bathrooms working, ick) it could have been a disaster since the sprinkler system would not have worked if a fire broke out. And we were on the 13th floor. Breakfast cost us $52.00! Really!!!??

Pros (+) The ferry ride across the river was good
Cons (-) The customer service was horrible. Never coming back to this resort.
