Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning river views and proximity to attractions. Many found the staff friendly and accommodating, and several appreciated the comfortable beds. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness in some rooms and public areas, as well as dissatisfaction with the value for price, particularly regarding high parking and WiFi fees. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness and extra charges were common concerns.

Used Marriott points for a stay at this hotel. Had a King room with water view. Upgraded to an interior junior suite. Only stayed one night. Room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The shower walls were not as clean as I like but overall in good condition. All other areas were very clean. Hotel is south of the activities on the waterfront but there was a walkway that was very conveni...

Beautiful hotel, a good location but it's expensive. Drinks are just way overpriced and deter from having a good time. $20 for a glass of prosecco? $8 for a can 12oz of beer? If you have the money to stay there then may not be such a big issue but I'm not a fan of burning money.

Pros (+) Good location and good breakfast
Cons (-) Too expensive for what you get, on 5 days stay despite repeated requests our room was cleaned only once. Slow concierge service. Overall disappointing

Pros (+) Renovated rooms, nice and friendly staff (Bell services, Front Desk and Housekeeping). The hotel is under renovations, which is not a big deal. Room is spacious and the river view is beautiful.
Cons (-) The prices for wi-fi and business center are outrageous. I was traveling with family from out of country and they needed wi-fi. It's a little ridiculous to charge 15 bucks a day for internet access. I loved the hotel and staff, and hope this policy changes so that people don't complain about their stay over something that the staff obviously has no control over.

Pros (+) The rooms are well-sized, staff extremely attentive, great location. Walking distance from all of the major sights. Bed very comfy.
Cons (-) Undergoing lobby remodeling, so something to consider- parking suboptimal. Room had cracked counter, significant dust in bathroom- bathroom light uneven on ceiling and flickered before turning on. TV small for room size.
